Fluid

optimize subsequent cement placement. Downhole hydraulics are minimized to
reduce pressure on your wellbore formation and aid in the prevention of
mud and cement losses.
Our
innovative self-cleaning blade design (patented) minimizes potential
solids build up and packing off in deviated applications.
IMPROVED HOLE CLEANING AND CEMENT PLACEMENT
Eliminate
laminar flow. Even without rotation, the relieved angle blades induce
turbulent flow for improved cutting and filter cake removal, in
preparation for radial cement placement. Due to the performance of the
Spir-O-Lizer tool, remedial cementing operations are minimized.

stop collar offers a 20 Ton axial holding force for today’s more
demanding wells. We utilize stainless steel set screws for chrome pipe
applications, to eliminate carbon steel impregnation.
